Is it easy or difficult to get confirmation in IBM after the probation period of 6 months. I have 14yrs of experience and have been provided a Business Manager role in Band 8.

6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts. I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Hi I was just offered a CM Manager position at Evelance aka Anthem with moderate salary 100k with 10% bonus. I was previously making 110k with 10%.
