Hi fishes! I Have an interview at an agency in NY I’ve been crushing on for a while. Having a hard time figuring out my salary range. I make 90k in SF at agency, would it be crazy for me to enter the discussion at 85-90k? Knowing I’d be willing to be backed down to around 80k (give or take 2k). Glassdoor is a little confusing bc there’s separate suggestions for “senior designer” and “senior graphic designer”. Anyone have suggestions or willing to offer how much they make? Thanks y’all!

I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.

I am Fully confused about this process can some one clear me from this please.

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? Recently, the CEO and my boss, the VP gave me the latitude to promote myself and "write my own" job description. I've been the Marketing Manager of this company for about 7 months. Already received 1 raise.

Much of the work in my "new" job description, I've already been doing. My currently salary is $70K. New title is Director of Communications and Systems Integration. What is a reasonable salary increase here.
