I was approached by Deloitte Netherlands, how much CTC can I ask from them ?

Also if anyone have gone through the same situation, please let me know how much time this whole relocation process will take ?

Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+.
