I have cleared the technical interview in TCS and i have received a call from HR and she said they don't have a budget maximum they can give is my current ctc which is 16lpa for 6.5 years experienced in java. The next day another HR called and she asked me to wait 10 days, initially she was not aware of the previous HR discussion but i explained it to her.. In ibegin the status is still, evaluation in progress.. Is there any chance to get the offer?

I feel like I've been lowballed, can someone explain the below breakdown please?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

Wondering which route to opt?

1. Start investing in open source and build a profile, find freelance jobs on upwork/Fiverr
Or
2. Start giving interviews in remote jobs. FYI I'm terrible at interviews and spoken communications.

Please provide your inputs. I want to work remote with good pay.

Need advice. I have received many calls from the companies but none of them are even scheduling the interviews. They say my current CTC is out of their budget. I even said that I am ready to negotiate based on their company budget as my priority is relocation near to my hometown. How can I convince HRs to at least schedule the interview and the salary discussion can be done at a later stage. Some companies have already discussed the final salary but the interview is not yet scheduled.
