I have graduated from IIT and in my 3 years of professional career I did not work for any MNC. I have worked for 2 startups among which 1 is Unicorn.

Now I have 1 offer from Visa and another from a startup which gives me an option to work remote.

Although I would like to stay with my parents but I am worried about missing a big brand on my CV. My friends say IIT is already a brand and I don’t need another brand but how good a MNC brand helps in one’s career?

Would moving from a firm to an employee relations position mean that I never secure an in-house employment law position? Or would such a move better position me to go in-house one day? I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.
