I have received an offer from Capgemini for 12lpa for the role of a Consultant/B2. I have 3 years and 4 months of experience. Currently my salary is almost 7lpa and I had asked for 14lpa, but they told that the CTC of 12lpa will be approved. So I had accepted the offer from Capgemini and the onboarding process has also started.

Now, I have an offer from Infosys also for 14lpa. Is it possible to negotiate my salary with Capgemini now with the counter offer?

I've an experience of 2.6 years and interviewing for jav developer IN3 role. Currently holding an offer in 16 lakh CTC.
How much can I expect?
I'm in last week of notice period, how many days will it take to roll out offer letter?

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

I recently joined Capgemini at 13.5 LPA along with 1 lakh as joining bonus. It was a jump from 6.5 and I have 4 YOE with 2 yrs in React JS
Two questions that's been bothering me -
