I have total 1 yoe,Due to health issue I didnt perform well because of that my manager kept me in PIP and gave me 2 rating
I had a meeting with HR and manager,in that I was asked to do resign(Not forcefully)
Lack of planning and idea at that time i did a resign
Then The very next day I did a mail to HR to take my resignation back but he didnt accepted
He told me ur in PIP ,if u perform well nd get good feedback frm manager then we will allow

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?

Anyone have experience between choosing between an Industry position or making the final push (manager/SM level) for partner? How did you finally decide to go one way or the other and do you have any regrets?

I think I want to try someone new but am having a bit of paralysis in making the move knowing the income/ partner lifestyle that I could be passing up…

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company
