1) Mastercard - 32 lpa joining bonus 2 lacs
2) Visa - 34.5lpa joining bonus - 3 lacs
Yoe 6yrs, cctc 24lpa
Positions offered and role are almost similar. Mastercard offer is from my base location and for Visa I will be required to move.

Which one to consider?

Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). This is the initial offer; where is there room for negotiation? Base or Sign on Bonus or RSUs? I realize it's a good offer, but I'm looking for: $225k base + existing sign on + 5500 RSUs. Does that sound like a decent counter?

I have done masters in commerce and i have experience of 3.5 yrs working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 lpa as a ctc. Is doing some courses from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should i switch by upscaling my skill or without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

A Deloitte recruiter told me that I will be getting 9.1 LPA + 10% variable + 80K joining bonus from Deloitte USI. Considering the fact that I am working in IBM India with a technically sound team and that I got promoted a few weeks back only, will it be a good decision to join Deloitte and leave IBM?

9.1 LPA is basically a 30% hike over my existing CTC and I am not sure if Deloitte actually gives a joining bonus and variable component.

I recently got an offer from Grab, Banglore of around 34 lakhs with 5 lakhs variable and 2.8 lakhs joining bonus.
But the problem is that the company is not providing the remote work, I had to relocate to Banglore.
I have never been to Banglore before only living Delhi ncr or doing remote work.
Need your help in validating this offer to relocate to Banglore with family.
Is it worth relocating banglore or look for more offers in Delhi Ncr.
