I joined LTI in jan 2021, and let's say with zero knowledge.

And went under CIS training(from LTI) and worked as a Servicenow developer for 1.2 years.

Right now i have 1.6 years of total experience. And very good knowledge of Languages & tools, which i use. And worked really hard in my current project from project start till now.

LTIM just released their appraisal & am not happy with it.

I wanted to know, can we negotiate it & if yes, how to do it properly?

My last working day is may 31st and the salary day is also same...Will I get my salary or it will be in final settlement

Got a offer from TIAA, Pune location for a Associate role. The variable mentioned is discretionary. When I spoke to the HR, she said it is capped at maximum 10 percent. Can you please let me know what percentage can I expect? What has been the average from past?

How long is too long to try to push back a start date? Getting a formal offer early next week but trying to keep that big law bonus if possible. Firm pays out bonuses Dec 30 & I have a vacation scheduled Dec 19-23 (and was planning on working remotely the week after too). Ideally want to get EOY bonus or negotiate for a signing bonus but is it too much to push for signing bonus and those weeks off? I'm open to working remotely those two weeks but know that may not be the best when I start.

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me.
