Question: I have a client who started a restaurant. He leased the land and bought shipping containers where he spent money contracting out to turn them into bars. I’m having a tough time determining how to depreciate this! First thought was leasehold but he’s not making improvements to a structure...he owns the structure! Thoughts: Managers and senior managers should intervene when project folks starts working more than 8 hours. It's sad that initially everybody talks about 8 hours work goal but employee forced or end up working more than 10 hours. Company is not asking you to work more than 8 hours, it's the pressure from peers and seniors and managers who do "a gentle request" to finish a task asap.
Also managers, Please teach new techies to hold the horses and not put there peer in pressure.

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.
