I have recently joined an organization as a backend developer but after joining they are putting me in a fullstack role because I had some experience with React.
I am open to fullstack role but my interests is more towards backend.
But I am concerned that I would be put into frontend only and a I would not be given backend work or else it could be 20-80(B&F).

What should I do in this position? Is fullstack a good option.

Hi all, I have a slightly different ask. I have 5 YOE as IT BA. Does shifting from IT BA/Product to Management Consulting common? I have ONLY heard the other way round😂
The problem is I'm heading towards Lead BA or Product Mgmt roles which are more on management side and I want to continue being an IC for a couple more years.
