Which job is better for my profile if I want to get into FAANG later? Startups or large firms like Visa, Morgan Stanley etc? Or does it make no difference?

I passed my PMP thanks to this sub group.
I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.

So I just started a new job in sales (B2B specifically). All my life I’ve been in blue collar jobs, military, then construction work ect. Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? I have 7 years healthcare sales and 1.5 years as a MLO.

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.

I have been working as a data scientist since 2018 & have been the bread winner. I have neither been under a proper mentor nor with a team of peers from my field to help me out.
