And I also have offer from Tiger Analytics as Senior Analyst where I'm not Sure what the work gonna be exactly. I'm a bit scared and worried about which one to join? If I join Thomson Reuters, I feel like this Customer Churn Prediction models is not a Fancy thing in Data Science anymore. In Tiger, I'm bit scared of What work will be assigned

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
