I'm working as java developer with 3 YOE. I want to switch now, but just know programming like how a normal service based company knows how much.

I want to learn DSA at least for medium level so that I can crack some interviews within 3 to 4 months. I can spend 3 hrs a day ,Is that possible then

3rd interview in 4 months for 3 different positions. I heard I wait a year to apply again but I make it to onsite and don’t move on and apply again 3 weeks later. Is that bad? They keep calling back.

You did an interview and your interviewer apologized that the travel time 180minutes was much higher than 30minutes scheduled time for the interview and that It could have been done remotely, but she has to follow the process. I am still waiting for feedback though.

Is it normal for a big4 to take over two months in the interview process? Since end of January I've had five interviews w team members, including with the partner who leads the practice I'd be joining. Still no word. Attended multiple first rounds for mphasis(full time - Texas location). But still I didn’t hear any feedbacks from any of the interview panels/consultancy companies. Seems like they are conducting interviews for name sake and letting us to get wait for the results (for more than a month)

1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.

I have 2 offers one from ZS 8lpa + bonus + food wifi +elrp+ gradutiy and pf = 11.5 lpa

Other from LTI 10.7fixed+ annual bonus+ graduity + pf = 12 lpa

ZS is convenient travelling wize LTI is little far.

Have worked in web dev domain for the last 2.3 years with the last 1.5 years in React/Fullstack tech stack. Worked at 3 companies since 2019 till now, all with less than 20 overall people in each company (small companies). Want to switch to a big company with more people and diverse teams. Was advised to switch to data domain for long-term growth and progress. Please advise if choosing data engineering is a wise choice.
