In last two years , I saw two people who are experienced and told like HCl released offer. On joining date, they are asking to wait for couple of weeks.

One of my friend joined after three months from his joining date.( One year ago)
and one more friend just waiting for couple of weeks(currently).

Not sure, if this is happening for other companies too.. just thought, Incase people has one offer and trying to switch would badly affected without salary in this case..

My main reason to move away from my hometown was dating and jobs, but neither seem to be going any better over the past 2 years. does wipro pays for notice period recovery , I preponed my release date from current org and I see that as recovery amount in my provisional f&f , I have sent a couple of emails, talked to wipro HR a couple of times asking if they shall pay for recovery but their response has been non committal so far , what should I do so I could get the notice period recovery done , the DU am going to, hiring manager from that told that it could be claimed but HR has not given anything in written so far?
