I bought a house in the suburbs of Chicago at the top of the market. I ended up moving out of state in 2017 and short-selling. Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

Hi Fishes, How long Capgemini will take for releasing offer after giving AMCAT test for lateral hire. I gave on Tuesday and still yet to receive offer. All other process (Salary discussion, package approval, documentations) are over... Recruitment team is telling their work is done and following up with offer team to release offer..
