Is shifting from Business Analyst role to Assoc Consultant a good move? Like work wise I am getting same . But does designation really matter here while changing between companies?

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? Company 1 : $170k base + 10% bonus + 136k rsu + 5k sign on
Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Company 2 : $150k base + 10% bonus
Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?

HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Pegasystems is a product based company with alot of benefits but salary is very low.
Mphasis is offering good but heard they have very less development projects and also wlb is not that good
LTI is also offering good and heard that again wlb is not good.

LTI and Mphasis are service based companies.

What should I do ?

If people see the service tag they will not even appreciate.
Every product will also have support team or dead work. I know culture, work life balance will come in picture but this all depends on your team, your managers. If team is not good you will suffer product also.

If it's FANG then other story but even Vimal is also product bade company then.
