Disagree with STC1. A 100% hike on your current CTC is good enough. Don't be too risky as you definitely want to leave your current org and this is a golden oppty you can't miss. Had you been comfortable in your current org then you could have demanded an exorbitant hike, but that is not the case with you. Be careful what you ask for in your salary discussions

Let me tell u what i did i had 2.6 fixed went for 5 first then 5.5 then an organisation offered me 6 considering tht by itself n then here i m with 6.5+ performance bonus yearly in a big4s
So stay safe and play dont be greedy...see the company n other benefits too including yearly hike..u don't want to leave a good company with greed of money
