What does this mean if I'm S2 and getting feedback (I don't think she was talking about year end feedback since I have not received from anyone yet) As progressing, so I'll be aiming for s3 next yr??

I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role.
