My Experience is 4 years 9 months till May 2021 , with including 3 months notice period it will be 5 years.
Accenture offer me 76% hike with 16L package including 21% variable pay and 13.24L as fixed. I am working as senior associate functional consultant for SAP HCM and successfactors. And a joining bonus of 1.98L. Is it good to switch to accenture with this package? They offered me level 10. If I ask for 14L fixed pay will they increase. What about the variable pay percent payout?

I have offer from IBM with 16 LPA and Mindtree 18 LPA. Mindtree confirmed me S4 HANA implementation proj and IBM will be in open pool and might be any project. 4.5 yrs exp..SAP SD

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

What’s the norm and expectation for client interactions at MBB for juniors (pre-manager levels)? Do you never talk in client meetings? Talk through select slides? Run the meeting end to end? Does the client generally interact with you outside of meetings?
