Looking for some opinions; who has the better Health Practice, Accenture or Delloite?

Would you rather have $115 at EY, middle of the band, plus bonus and upward mobility, working 40-50 hours, chance at a raise every year of about 5-10% and a DC pension or $130 in public sector, top of the band so no where to move up, and leading a team, knowing full well it's not going to be a raise of more than 1-2%/year, DB pension, but 35 hours/week. Health benefits similar.

I countered with a recruiter and they responded to my concerns and questions with “don’t worry about PTO days, I don’t even take them”, “you’re focused on the wrong things” (when speaking about health insurance costs), “I can’t see them going for that (my counter), let me see your experience again, 10 years hm”, “it’s really not an apples to apples comparison, this is a really good offer, don’t focus on that other stuff”. Don’t do this! I was leaning towards taking the job and now I may pass.

I was offered a position with a non-profit healthcare organization in the DMV as a Program Manager 2 position with low programmatic experience but very strong finance experience. What do you think is the starting salary.

My husband quit his very well-paying job in February to become a freelancer. I was fully supportive of this move because he was miserable at his job. Good morning! I work in Medicare sales and I’m just getting tired of sales because I have to change these elderly people on their insurance very frequently, and it’s frustrating most of the time. I eventually want to be a Christian counselor and I just stared school but that’ll take awhile to get where I want to be.
