Profile: 15 yrs IT exp, transitioned to Data Science a year ago. At Accenture (11 yrs). CTC: 15 LPA.
I urgently need to switch due to the low salary and to focus 100% on AI. I even built a live GenAI/RAG portfolio to prove my skills. Am I doing something wrong? What are the best job search platforms apart from Naukri/LinkedIn? Referrals welcome! Thank you

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback
