I have 3 offers which offer almost same package with highest being WIPRO (14L ) IBM (13.2L) TCS (12.2L)
I decided to go for IBM but couldn't negotiate with Wipro package - they are asking for better counter offer to negotiate. I don't have much time to appear for any interview now .
Kindly suggest how to proceed further .
P.S : TCS was ready to match IBM. Wipro is ready to provide more but there is no positive response from IBM

I'm in South Florida. Currently a 6 year associate at a small firm (~12 attorneys, 55 staff). Making a move towards Managing Attorney position that they are considering hiring from outside the firm for. I'm going to make the case that they should promote from within and give me the position.
