Please guide. I am about to get offers from Deloitte India and Ey global delivery services for similar roles of Sr. Consultant in Data Scientist with Generative AI roles. Most probably, they are going to offer a similar CTC, too.
My preference order is Job Security > CTC > WLB. (Since CTC same in this case it will be Job Security > WLB)

I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

Currently have 5 YOE in industry. Have been offered £60k with no bonus or sign on bonus for a position in ops consulting. Seems low in my opinion - thoughts?
