Pwc- 13.5 fixed with 1.5 lks joining bonus
Tech mahindra : 17 LPa fixed with 10% variable

Please suggest me which one I can join still 1week left for my last working day .
I haven't asked for an counter offer yet

What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

2. 36.5 LPA fixed pay ( employee pf 12% of basic and employer PF is 1800 )

My Deductions are
1. 1.5 lakhs 80c
2. 50k 80ccd
3. HRA - 22k p.m.

My bonus this year was patently absurd, so I used a bit on some heat: AMM 3s, Parra Air Max 1, and the black Union 4s. Hate to let the resellers win. But at the same time I worked my ass off and wanted some kicks lmao

Can I get a vote on how many PMPs make over 175k? Wondering if this is my path to break over this number.

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?

Last year I moved internally from a
Paralegal level 11 w/ 14 yrs exp at
$100k base + up to 8% bonus to my
current role as compliance manager
level 9 at $123k base + up to 35%
bonus. I was above cap in my prior
role and now my range is up to $138k
base. I'm being recruited to my old
team as a level 10
Manager with
same base/bonus as now but since it's
a lower level I will cap out within a
year. I always found the legal work
more interesting but limited in career
growth. Not sure what to do.

Anyone heard good things about CFGI? I’ve heard their comp structure is gimmicky with overtime pay. But if I could make the same base there as I do in big 4 with the chance of some overtime pay is it worth it to give it a shot?

How is product manager role ? Can anyone give me an idea? I am an Abap developer with 12+ years. Was not happy with my appraisal and let VP know that I wanted to move out of my current role. There is a chance I might get the role.
But still not sure what a product manager does in sap product company. Is it a role where I can see good growth in my career?
