Anyone an EA at Citadel? Do you like it?
Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

How much will be in hand ?

I Currently work for an MNC in Kerala, I've 4.4 years of experience in software development. Currently leading a team of 6 developers. Recently I got an offer from Rakuten India, Bengaluru location. As Senior Software Engineer 1, Rakuten offered 13.5L as CTC + 1.4L as joining bonus. My current CTC is 7.2LPA. As per my research on the salary for this role at Rakuten, the offered one is low. 48days of notice period is left What i can expect from Rakuten India for this role?,How can i negotiate?
I have 12+ yoe. I work in AWS with a 23L base, 13L JB and 5 RSU (29.8L ), L4. I am about to receive an offer from ADP . What band/grade would be great to negotiate. For ADP anything around 45L-48L including 12% variable (not sure about JB) is considered to be the right offer? I have another offer from Accenture 32L fixed, 10L variable, 6.4L JB. I guess wlb in Accenture would be more difficult than ADB?? What's your view fishes !!! Consider AWS and ADP in Hyderabad where Accenture in home town

valuelabs always a pay master but that's trap to stay continue to work there. WLB isn't great if you got wrong project. There won't be professional behavior from manager. There won't be any support from HR.
That's why I joined Infosys 🥳

Yep, if some1 from Valuelabs is telling you I'd listen. I completely agree WLB is equally important as CTC. Infosys seems a better option now 👍
Correct
Go for valuelabs for sure the ctc diff is high
Agree but notice period is already over just waiting for joining. I lived in tier 3 city and don't want to relocate anywhere so considering all the things joining infosys.

21% variable offered by Accenture is total BS!
Looking at all options ValueLabs seems to be a good pick 👍
But I think job security and WLB will not be there in Valuelabs
What is designation offered in infosys?
Senior associate consultant
