Business Unit: Capability Network
Compensation: 25LPA fixed + 6LPA bonus.

The post is regarding the Capability Network (CN). In many posts on Quora and other such platforms, there is a lot of negative feedback. If anyone works/worked in the above business unit, kindly share your opinion about the type of work, exposure, onsite opportunity, growth, etc.

Can some one tell me how will Capgemini pay variable pay amount? Is it quarterly once or Yearly once?

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Accenture offering crazy hikes what can be the reason?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
