Received offer from Kyndryl and planning to join soon. A bit apprehensive about job security as the company is newly formed. Is it likely to affect me? Offer is 23 LPA for Developer role and band is 6B. Also, are there any onsite opportunities in specific projects in Kyndryl?

Is it worth it to go into acting for the pay only? I've received a couple opportunities with decent pay, and while this is not the path I want for my life, it's all I have at the moment.
