Cogno AI Hey fishes, One of my friends, got offer in cognizant. She have an epfo account with inactive UAN and she changed her name in aadhar recently and this epfo account has the past name. So she raised request for name change 2 months ago and still it's processing. And now cognizant asking the acknowledgement of changed name which the previous company cannot provide for obvious reasons. Will it affect the doj? Or anyone had this kind of problem before? I need to pay bond amount to my HCL but they are not giving me any acount number to pay money. They hold my experience letter and relieving letter.
What will be the complications if I also don't bother asking their account details.
The relieving letter was available earlier in their portal but now it is not there. I guess there was a glitch or error that time. But I don't have experience letter.
Also, if I need to get account details and experience letter, whom to reach out.

Will be my 2nd change.I asked them to wait asI am expecting a market revision. I mentioned to HR in earlier discussion but now they r now asking me to join immediately without considering the revision.
Is SC band 4 a senior role and salary is justified?

This being a holiday week, it totally depends on the recruitment team. Availability of the staff but you should expect one on Monday. Also Infosys is infamous for delaying DOJ, so there's that too.
If I were you , I'd wait for a week/ten days , given that it's holiday season. Nudging the concerned recruiter in the next 4-5 days over a whatsapp if you his/her contact will be the best way to get you a clear picture.

The recruiter would need approvals etc before issuing your offer letter from higher ups. Additionally there may be several portals that need to be updated by their team to process the offer.
THAT's usually the holdup that causes offers to get disbursed after a lag.
