11 year experience, Data engineer 25 PA CTC.
The next level in my organization is purely Managerial. So I am being requested to move to ppl management and complete relevant compitancies.

I would like to know if it's best to do PMP or CSM or a EMBA.
I am looking for one which would be propestive in long run and earn more when I switch after few years.

Also, If there is any course which I can do and stay technical for the next 10-15 years please let me know
