Recently i have put Notice to my
company in Jan and and serving
currently.

As soon as i notified my manager
i was told right away that i will not
get my Variable pay which was
calculated for last year January till
December.

have worked hard during this
time for recognition and never got
any. Just because a clause was
added, i am being denied my hard
earned deserved money which is
extremely unfair and unethical.

Is there any way i can approach to
get them to pay me my money.

For a 3 Year Experienced React Developer shifting from Service based company which is better Comcast or Verizon? Pay wise 1.5 LPA is the difference between two companies. Designation is same. Both have variable pay upto 10%.

- Basic level Problem Solving, DSA, OOP

I am a quick learner. I am currently learning DSA using C++ & Azure.

Advice pls - was confirmed that Deloitte would be moving to offer approx 3 weeks ago. I’ve never run a ULC campaign targeting a single location - any idea if this would compete with our existing campaigns targeting the same locations (we run campaigns targeting location groups by region)? Starting a new job next month, and considering taking two days off for kids’ spring break next month. Not sure whether it’s appropriate to request time off for a new job (I would’ve preferred not to take any time off for first three months). I may just be able to just ask for a single Friday off (so 1 day rather than 2 days).

I have 6 plus years experience in .Net development but there is no hands on exactly because worked in support project mostly. Now mapped in scarce and R&D project but I could not finish work without help. Could you please let me give some suggestions whether I’ll continue this or switch some other projects or choose like Scrum master or any-other technical aspects. Feel not good every time get help from others to finish
