I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. I have got an offer for 14.5 fixed from Deloitte India for Senior Consultant with 5 YOE, Which is around 50% hike from my current ctc. How's Pega Consulting at Deloitte India. I have 6.5 yoe in rpa and my current organisation is capgemini with 16.3 lpa fixed ctc. Pwc kolkata is giving me 19 lpa with 75k joining bonus. I tried a lot to get at least 21 lpa but hr is saying for your experience 19 is the maximum limit. Should i accept offer or not?
