Wipro deducted 55k tax for monthly salary 215000. I think tax is too much, can anyone please let me know how they have deducted this much tax and what I need to do to avoid paying high tax.

Can anyone tell me the difference between a senior and lead validation engineer( no direct reports in both cases) in Pharma/ biotech ? I am not sure what’s the hierarchy and which level must get a higher salary. Or is it just referenced interchangeably in different companies ?
