I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

What would be examples of cushy industry jobs with good wlb with 200-300k pay check in finance industry? My work is mostly FS so it seems to make sense that I exit in that direction, but I keep hearing that finance in general is less chill than normal corporate sector jobs. 1st year. I have a decent amount of client email/phone interaction. One partner frequently asks me to communicate with clients, and the partner tells me to ask if I have any questions before emailing the client.

I almost always respond to the partner with my thoughts and ask partner whether P agrees with my thoughts, prior to emailing client. At what point should I be skipping that step and just email client? I’m worried about making a mistake, but most of the time P agrees with my “draft”

HNY all! I have multiple rollover and traditional IRAs, as well as a solo 401k. But (since I started paying attention to this kind of thing) have always been over the income limit to start a Roth IRA. I’ve also not done much contributing in the last few years due to purchasing an apartment and saving for renovations. Cue pandemic joblessness... if married filing separately, would you say it’s a good idea to start a Roth while under the income limit, even in this climate? Any reason not to?
