I am about to join morgan Stanley in the month of February. And I am pregnant got my results today.
1.do I need to inform this now itself or after joining. I am in fear whether they revoke my offer if I say this now.
2.do they have facility to offer me wfh for atleast an year considering my situation

Which one would you suggest?
Deloitte USI - 15 fixed + 1JB + 1.5 VP + Hybrid
Fieldcore - 18 Fixed + 2 JB + 2 VP + perm WFH

My joining date is 10th sep. DUSI has a very good brand value. I don't know much about fieldcore. Hence coming to fishbowl.

I’m an LCSW with 7 years experience. Currently working as an EAP consultant for an insurance company from home. The pay is good but I hate being on a call queue and the schedule is SO rigid. As a working mom I’m wondering if there are other options for remote WFH positions in insurance out there that don’t require being in a call queue and having supervisors monitoring every single second of your day? I work so much better when I have time to prioritize my tasks and work at my own pace.

Hi Moms, just had baby #2 and we want to upgrade our family car from Toyota Rav4 to a 3-row luxury SUV that's nice looking inside and outside, reliable and has decent cargo space too. My husband doesn't like the exterior of Grand Wagoner. We are considering the Grand Cherokee, Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator. But I have read terrible reviews about Escalade. Folks seem to like GMC Yukon Denali but I'm worried it'll be too big for me to drive. Appreciate recommendations / thoughts. Thanks!

A child refused to move and was about to knock a shelf over. I picked her up, and as I did so, she dead weighted (dropped) causing me to poke her in the underarm by accident. You would have thought it the end of the world. The rest of the day she said she was scared of me. Then would ask for something (play dough, my lunch, stickers). When I told her no, she would cry and say she was scared of me and she wanted her mom. (The reason same reason she was upset to start with!).How to tell Mom?

Does anyone work in an area with lots of exterior environmental noise (traffic, concerts, trains, etc.) and have tips for not becoming overwhelmed and/or distracted by it? I’m finding that environmental noise has increased near my office now that tourism has picked back up in my city, and I’m struggling to block it out. I’ve tried earplugs but the noises tend to vibrate my office building so the earplugs don’t work well as an entire block.

I have joined morgan stanley on 1st aug. My final interview was on 6th June. The Hr released offer on 29th june. My lwd was 30 june. Had to wait 1 month for background verification and getting joining date. Just an information post for folks who are waiting for offers. The process is very very slow

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
