Hi all, asking on behalf of my SO. He’s currently in a backend engineer security role and wants to move into an infra related one. He’s in talks with his manager about moving internally in his current company but that is still in discussion. He just got an offer from another company for an infra role but they need an answer in the next week. How do you guys suggest he push for a decision from his manager about the internal move. Curious to know what you've seen as working to non working dollars split in Canadian agencies. Reference any specific brands (or categories) if you can. I'm used to seeing the conventional 15-20% split for non working (production dollars only, not including media budget, agency fees) but are those days gone now with the takeover of digital (vs traditional) ad placements?

Hi Fishes, Need advise on tech stack. I am a Mainframe developer with 6+ years of experience. Which tech stack would be more suitable between Devops or Data Science or Mainframe modernization. I already resigned and have 2 months to join new company.
