I am posting here because I want to understand about the working environment, quality of work, employee benefits and facilities at TIAA. I hold an offer from the organization for 19 LPA, with no fixed component. I came across reviews which mentioned that there is a news of lay-offs and poor hike and appraisals.
Can anyone help me understand the real-life picture and if TIAA's offer is worth considering.
I also hold offers from Big 4, but TIAA is offering the highest fixed component

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions.
