I interviewed at a company. The recruiter asked my expectation before the interview & I quoted 3x of my present salary & they were fine with it.( I did not reveal my existing salary). I am expecting an offer but I have a feeling they will ask for my existing & then offer accordingly . I have 9.5 years of exp. but my existing is low as my existing comp. Is from a tier 2 city. Both have wfh. Any negotiation tips to deal with this scenario will be highly valuable.

With that being said I told her that I would complete my certificate by the summer around the time she would make partner. So, the CDC removed the Covid guidelines. I’ve never had Covid. I’m afraid people will come into work not wearing a mask and be inconsiderate… ughhh so distracting and disgusting. In a new job and my manager saw through my impostor syndrome. He said it out loud that I need to work on my confidence and overcome my insecurity.
I constantly feel like I’m surrounded by people smarter than me and I doubt myself a lot. I’m scared everyone sees through my impostor syndrome and feel horrible about myself.
