I'm an iOS developer, switching from tcs after 1 year.

I got multiple offers around 8 -10 LPA from similar companies (infy, Wipro,..) and some small and mid sized companies including product based ones.

People are telling me to join big organization because of the upcoming recession.
What's your opinion? I like some small companies because of their culture and WLB.

Does EY pay $300K to consulting Senior managers in T2 cities?

I'm a recent grad who accepted an entry-level full-time job offer with Capital One. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? What were the likelihoods that they would have raised my salary? I had no other competing offers at the time

I have been working with Kantar (a market research company) for 10 months now. The company has given me permanent work from home. Work is quite good and I am able to learn many things here. Also, my manager is very supportive and patient.
The only thing is about compensation, I have a package of 14 lpa with 6 YOE.

Trying to help my retired dad - When I google for what to do after retirement, only retirement planning related things shows up. TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase

I am happy with my work life right now but need the hike. Also i am working as frontend developer (react.js) but my tech stack is MERN and i also have about 1year experience with springboot. I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I expect my workload to remain at this level through the end of the year at least.

Hi All, I have completed my technical interview on 6th Dec,2022 and received mail from HR on 7th Dec to upload documents on ibegin portal my status is changed to evaluated yesterday. Need help reg TCS BGC process.
Now I have only 2 days to accept the offer, not yet accepted.
My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.
HR is asking for all ex employee bank statement, my first company bank account is 12 yearold
