Just wanted a suggestion if I should expect a offer letter from Cognizant.

Scenario: My hr discussion happened around 4th March post that i submitted all documents and also signed a non solicit document, now its over a month that I have not received the offer letter. I followed up twice but no response.

I'm looking for a change and want to get into a DS role. I have 1.8 years of experience at a fortune 50 retailer and I am currently a senior analyst. I also have PGDM in finance, and my skills include SQL, python, PowerBI, tableau, familiar with Knime, Alteryx and also PySpark.
