I have 4 years of experience in IT industry. I started working in Nuance as a fresher(core Java based).
For 1.5 - core Java based project(No real time exposure to Spring, Springboot, Microservices etc)
For 2.5+ worked on data tech stack due to project change.(Dwh, core Java, Apache spark, Scala,Azure, kubernetes)

Is it okay if I accept qualcomm offer for nw and reject it later if Nvidia hires me.
Or without accepting qualcomm offer i need to inform same to qualcomm hr
What should I do?

My thinking is that we (i) put $200k+ down and get a 5/1 ARM. (ii) put everything we save moving forward toward paying down the principal (after maximizing retirement accounts). Should be able to do $100k per year. (iii) If rates go down below 4.5ish % for 15 year fixed, refinance and stop aggressive payment. Thoughts on this approach?
