Bain & Company Hey! Got dinged at BCG and Mck and then hadn't heard back from Bain, but just found out I made it to final rounds. I haven't been prepping for over a week as it'd be two since my first round at Bain.

Tredence is big no
Can you please elaborate as to what is happening? We 2024 joiners are really worried we are placed at Tredence but still haven’t received offer letters

I understand the frustration from many comments, but truth be told. Tredence is a 2000+ employee company and the bench strength is less than 5% mostly.
If people are asked to leave, it is on a performance basis. There has been no layoff (mass layoff). Only routine terminations that had happened even during the peak season.
Having said that, if there is hiring it means there is an open position. My team is also hiring, plenty of openings for DE and case to case basis hiring for DA/DS.
To answer your question, not sure about the first company where you have an offer from. Tredence is always a good company, if you are someone up for a challenge.
College hires onboarding would happen in June to October. If you are in the 2024 batch you can expect in a few weeks to months. But reach out to your college placement office for more details.
YOE and tech stack?
It's better not to come to tredence at this point they don't have much projects, people are in bench and the ongoing projects are pretty hectic running with very low budget
Internal things are different @architect 1. I was on bench. No manager/Director support. pigged many managers and directors to get a project but no help. If there any time came in future there you need support. Nobody will help you.
Please do not join Tredence if you want peace. Personal life goes for a toss.
