I have given my interview on 28th May and hr discussion and documents upload was happened on 30th May. It has been two weeks but I did not get offer letter. Recruiter is not responding to my calls and emails. I am a lateral hire. Can anyone help me to get offer letter.

Has anyone successfully made the career move from an HR specialization to an HRBP role? If so, how? I have been working for 7 years in a very niche HR specialization and while I wear many hats on the HR team, I feel like this is hard to express to recruiters or even get an interview for an HRBP role. My niche area has really burnt me out, as it’s very political and I want to expand my horizons. I am already working on completing my GPHR certification. Any other tips?

If I were to start talking/applying to other agencies in my network, would that news reach the HR department at my current agency and raise alarm bells? Just curious how that works.

Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
