I am currently working in Accounting controllership profile in a reputed MNC for over 8 Years. My role involves around accounting, financial reporting, GL etc. but only for local subsidiaries. Compensation wise, best in industry here. I have recently earned a US CPA degree.
My question : Should i switch to some CPA's kind of profile like US GAAP, Tech Accounting, SEC reporting, Valuation etc in a other company or wait for this organisation to give work internally (Less Chances)?
