What % do you guys charge a partner to advertise on social using your handle/ad account? Is a 100% markup fee plus an "agency" like fee for maintenance of 15% too aggressive?

2012 Sr Associate. Left my firm in February after being recruited by a partner I used to work for, and it turns out I’m not very happy. Difficult people, terrible schedule and ruined vacations so far. A partner at my old firm in another group has asked if I would come back to work for just him. I liked working for him, we have great rapport and I could do permanent WFH since he is in another city. I don’t want to burn bridges, would this be a bad idea? Or an easy decision?

So one of my managers sent a meeting invite to just me(staff) and two other seniors saying catch up to discuss the engagement...should I brace myself for something bad?

Any thoughts on how do we deal with an incompetent boss who you dont look up to and have no trust that you would ever get credit for the work you would do for him/her? Given that changing the boss is not an option.

A former client director colleague has gone in-house as CMO. They are now asking me (currently ECD) to join and set up an agency-like creative team to up-level everything from brand to sales materials. Aency BS would be nice to step away from, but I think I'm still bought into the notion that agencies are superior and in-house is where washed-up creatives go to die.
