Hi everyone, I got hired on as entry level sales operations role back in January. It quickly turned into sales, and eventually all the sales for the small company once the head of sales left. I am happy to take on the additional role for my company, and they are going to let me. But they feel that without multiple people in a sales department the title head of sales might not be the best title. I have input in what my updated position title and salary would be. I've got 4 years at a staffing agency after getting Masters in HRM and making a complete career change in 2018. Doing full cycle recruiting and account management. I feel I'm doing very well (in the role and with comp $57 base + commission = ~$91k last year) BUT I feel stuck!! I'm feeling undervalued and unchallenged. I think I'd love corporate recruiting/TA Specialist, etc. How do I make the jump? Should I just keep truckin??

I had a call w/ a recruiter and after hearing about the job, I *really* want it. But I’m worried I priced myself out of the role. I sent my resume/portfolio after and haven’t even gotten a reply that she received it, and I’ve followed up. I’ve been getting recruiter messages offering salaries up to 120k for copy/senior copy roles (which surprised me) so I gave 110-120 as a range on the call. She hesitantly said she thought 115 would be OK. But wondering if the salary could be the issue? Thought?

My current CTC was 11.27 LPA with LWD on 28th Feb in Wipro and I am expecting 20 LPA from TCS
My YOE is 9.7 Years in SAS/SQL/SAS Macros.

What do you suggest here , will TCS give me as per my expectation or at what salary should I get satisfied.. ?

I have another Offer Letter of 15LPA with 04-APR joining Date but I don't want to join that org and want to be part of TCS (obviously for Brand and WLB).

I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company. First question is it advantageous to have the top of the organization 50/50 partners own the r/e company as an s-corp? That 50/50 company then owns 70% of holding company they own all the real estate as a partnership that the original partners are 35/35 and the investors own the remainder. All the real estate deals are then owned by this holding company.
