What’s best path for an MBA application? Currently at Deloitte, will stay until 1-2 YOE and then exit to one of the following potential paths:

1. Stay at Deloitte until applying

Last friday my O-1 visa was approved and I was about to send my passport to the Embassy. I am a strategist with a creative soul. Has anyone ever done the jump from strategy/ planning to creative? I have a creative brand strategy background with some experience copywriting. As an associate director I don’t want to digress in my career but am learning I am more interested and excited by coming up with big creative ideas then writing briefs. Every time I sit in a creative review I question my role in strategy. Any advice?

Who needs a referral?

I work for a toxic company that doesn't seem to want to promote anyone on the legacy product or women in general. I haven't gotten a title change in years but I do the work of a Sr. Manager. None of us on legacy are allowed to start work on the new system which means everyone gets promoted around us. Has anyone else worked for a company that kept you down but you were able to get hired for a role seemingly much higher than the one you have now?

Does anyone work for Omnicell as a Clinical Trainer? I’m in the interview process now and communication has not necessarily been that great with it being seemingly rushed then with gaps and then being passed to other recruiters who asked me the same question and act like I should be further along in the process then having to get back to me because they need to talk to somebody else.
