I gave skills interview on 3rd July in Accenture and on 5th July HR said managerial round will be on 9th July.
Before 9th July got a call and asked for availability for 9th July but didn't gave any link and the interview didn't happened. Then On 10 or 11th July again someone called and asked for available for 18th July but same NO link given by them. So again today no interview happened and at 4 pm someone called and asked for availability for 27July.

Any idea what's going on ??

How many times has an interviewer no-showed and the recruiter profusely apologizing on their behalf?
Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

Urgently need advise. I have an oral offer from a company. After I negotiated for salary , they told that we have decided to drop your candidature. Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that. After doing this, I called hr she told me that we r waiting for hiring manager approval. I mailed hiring manager by cc'ing both the HRs that I'm vry much interested. No +ve response till yet. Wat should I do now

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.
