Hello,
I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Hehe yes
You think he don't know what is the np in infy? Clever enemy is better than dumb friend. Change your friends before changing your company
It's not a good idea to lie about ur notice period. But alternatively you can try to not tell the truth. That's what I did in my previous two orgs where my np was 3 months.
I use to say it's around 60 days.. officially it's somewhat more but i can get it down to 60 days.
Later on u can say Oops i couldn't get it down to 60days.

No. Just be honest during hiring process. Tell 90 days. They are aware about all these games.
Tell 90 days, no problem at all, companies will accept 90 days. U need some patience.
Be honest always.. never say wrong NP
Say 60 days...30 days can easily be adjusted
Say it's 90 days and you might get released in 60 days as your team members got the same. But you can't guarantee. Later you can say it didn't worked out.

1-Tell correct notice period. Lying is not good. You think dishonesty would get you an offer? They may have urgent requirement and when you tell them 3 months they will revoke offer.
2- Get new friend.
Don't lie. Say negotiable to min 30 days.
I have always told the wrong np....and told them the actual after all the interviews were over.....much much higher probability that they won't conduct the interview itself if u say it upfront. After the interview is done, and you have cleared, then you are already 15 days ahead of another candidate whose process has not started and even if his/her notice is 30 days less, now it becomes only 15 less....plus u have cleared interview. why will they waste interviewer's time for 15 days and also get into uncertainty of them clearing it.
think and act smart.jhoot to bolna hi padta hai....sach bol ke Gandhiji kuch na kar paye, tum kya karoge....
His np is 90 days lol. He is hiding 60 days worth. Once recruiter knows he might hold onto thw offer letter and if informed much later blacklist even. In 60 days there are like whole lot interviews & candidates they can get
