I got selected for HR ROUND in Infosys , in my current company my notice period is 90 days .
My frnds are asking me to tell it as 30 days , and the n later request to add extra 60 days they say.

Advantages of doing this : HR will give first priority to the candidates who has less notice period, and later we can change
Another adv : joining bonus .

Is this good idea , or should I need to tell 90 days .

Fishes need suggestions. I have been put on PIP for bad performance. I am being a part of 6 months project and project is about to complete with backend work done. I took more time for some tasks because of not knowing the technology so they highlighted that and my senior send emails to HR to put me on PIP. What should I do ? Acknowledge PIP ? Or resign? I am currently working in BPO with a sal of 4.5LPA with 5 YOE. Ive been learning to be a Full Stack Data Scientist, still left with 6 months. Now is it advisable for me to get a new job which'll give me hike of 20-30% taking it to 5.5-6LPA then after that look for technical profile after 6 months which'll give me hike on 5.5-6 instead of 4.5 LPA which i currently got.

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. Company A is not responding , no communication , No reply to mails and not picking up the call. What to do? any suggestion will be appricaited.
