I have got an addendum letter from Wipro today stating that my date of Joining has been extended by 45 days. My joining was in mid August. I have 2 options to Accept or Reject the addendum.

Has anyone dealt with coming to terms with an emotionally abusive relationship? So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.
Also is travel needed for Consultant designation?
In the managerial round the guy told me only need to go to office to pickup the laptop and after that it's wfh.

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
