Hi folks, I have applied one application in Accenture and its been almost 5-6 months. So now if i am trying to apply for any others posts its getting like my profile is already present in the portal. I have checked with some random person in Accenture and get checked my profile application and the status there was on hold. I haven’t got any interview scheduled for that post too so may I know how can I withdraw my old application? It would be more appreciated and also helpful to move forward.

Does anyone have any RAG formulaic templates they've used in the past that they wouldn't mind sharing? Working at a company that is developing processes and we do not have a consistent/formulaic approach to RAG status. I've worked in other companies where we would do line item milestones with their own individual RAG (determined by probability+ impact) that would roll up into an overall project RAG status. But, I'm unable to find a template like that easily.
